Delivery

How much is delivery?

Delivery is free with a minimum spend of $350.

For orders below $350, we charge a fee of $35.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Orders before 10 a.m. are delivered the same day, six days a week.

Orders after 10 a.m. are typically processed within a day and you will receive your order the following day.

For special requests, please leave a note at checkout or contact us directly at +65 6299 9300. 

Do you ship internationally?

At present, we are only able to ship within Singapore.

How can I track my order?

Once your order is ready for delivery, we will send you an email to inform you that it has been dispatched from our warehouse.

Please call or e-mail us at info@tot.sg if you wish to check on the status of your delivery.

What do you mean by cold-chain delivery?

All our wines regardless of price are imported, cellared, and delivered from vineyard to doorstep in a temperature-controlled environment.

This means that our wines are kept at optimum levels of 12-15ºC during shipment, preserving all flavours and aromas.

 

Gifts

Can I purchase a bottle as a gift for someone else?

Yes. A gift from Taste of Tradition comes exquisitely wrapped in tissue; encased in our exclusive Cellar Flask, a double-walled, high-density container that keeps the wine at an optimum temperature for a few hours.

Payment

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept Visa and Mastercard on our website. 

To make a payment by cash or bank transfer, please call or e-mail us. 

We also accept all major debit and credit cards onsite.
